  1. Hi Melissa, until yesterday I shared the same opinion as you about Apple Vacations, not anymore. My return flight did not get booked properly and Customer Card does not want to honor my original confirmation for my departure flight. It’s obvious there was a glitch in the system, but now I need to pay $300 to change the flight becuase $300 is more important to Apple Vacations than satisfied customer and admitting a glitch in the system.
