In all of Apple Vacations’ ads, we say that your all-inclusive Apple Vacation includes roundtrip airfare, hotel accommodations, all meals, drinks, tips, transfers and more! The one word I’d like to point out is “transfers.” You may have read over it kind of quickly. As an Apple Vacations employee, and a person who has gone on many Apple Vacations over 16 years, I know I sometimes take the word “transfers” for granted. I know someone will meet me at the airport. They always do.
What is a transfer? Your transfer may be a single representative or a team of representatives. You are greeted as you exit the resort airport and directed towards the proper transportation to your hotel; and then transported to that hotel. On the journey, you are given tips for your vacation and information regarding your stay. Apple Vacations proudly provides our vacationers with the complete vacation experience and part of this experience is this in-resort representative.
You can spot Apple Vacations resort representatives because they are dressed in brightly colored flowered shirts holding an Apple Vacations’ sign. There is no mistake, when you get off the plane, of who is there to meet you. In a sea of timeshare reps and taxi drivers trying to get your attention, the flowered shirt is a beacon drawing the Apple Vacationer towards them.
For the past 20 years in Cancun, Amstar has been providing resort representation for Apple Vacations. They transport Apple Vacationers to their resort hotel and provide them with this personal service. In my experience, they are always prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They offer a variety of transfer options including: air-conditioned bus transportation, van service, non-stop transfers and private transfers. Amstar also assists with booking and transporting Apple’s customers to and from their optional excursions in resort. Amstar is in each of the hotels which Apple sells, providing in-resort assistance and customer service to all of those who book an Apple Vacation.
