National Watermelon Day

This big fruit deserves it’s own big day. And, so we give pause to celebrate watermelons on National Watermelon Day. Sweet and tasty, watermelons are one of summer’s favorite fruit. Here’s a refreshing Watermelon Cocktail Recipe to celebrate this delicious fruit!

Watermelon Mimosa


IngredientsWatermelon Wine Spritzers

1 cup watermelon juice (puree, strained)
1/2 cup light champagne


Divide watermelon juice among 2 to 3 champagne flutes. Fill with champagne and enjoy!


Makes 2 to 3 cocktails.
