The Customer Care Department handles all post- travel issues and concerns. Our staff reaches out to our suppliers and other departments within Apple Vacations to investigate and research all client concerns that come to our attention, in the likelihood of coming to an amicably resolution.
What is your favorite tropical drink?
I prefer wine, specifically Sauvignon Blanc 
How many Apple Vacations have you been on?
Too many to count!
Where have you traveled?
All over the East Coast, California, Utah, and of course Mexico and the Caribbean. My next desired travel is Poland.
Where is your favorite place to go on vacation?
Punta Cana, the beaches there are BEAUTIFUL!
Do you consider yourself a beach or pool person?
Beach, definitely.
Do you prefer an activity-packed vacation or lounging around?
I like having the option of both.
If you were trapped alone on a deserted island, what is the one thing you would want with you?
My laptop, with internet service.
How many years have you worked in the travel industry?
Almost 5…
Now that I graduated, I have some free time this summer. Come September, I will be busy, busy, busy with grad school. Rosemont College will take up ALL of my free time when I am not at Apple!

Working in customer care at Apple Vacations gives me a unique perspective on travel – I hear the very, very good and, unfortunately, sometimes the very, very bad. Everyone has a travel story and I’m often the one listening on the other end of the phone or opening the e-mail describing the trip. I say it frequently, but it can never be said often or loudly enough. It is our goal at Apple Vacations to satisfy 100 percent of our travelers, 100 percent of the time. I’m honored to play a role in that mission.Personally, as a single mom of two teens, I know what it means to plan vacations for the whole family, as well as girls weekends away. I’ve found from talking with customers and experiencing it myself that beach vacations in the Caribbean and Mexico have something for everyone! My kids and I have gone to the Riviera Maya, Cancun and the Dominican Republic and always had a blast!
